Complaints regarding your telephone operator

If you are not satisfied with the service provided by your telephony operator, you should check in your contract whether that operator has committed himself to providing you with a certain level of quality.

Please address the customer service of the operator involved giving examples of the shortcomings observed. If necessary, you can ask for compensation for the damage suffered.

If the answer given by your operator does not satisfy you, you can then submit your problem to the Ombudsman for Telecommunications by forwarding to him a copy of the complaint you have addressed to your operator:
